Acers B&B is run in their quiet, family, detached home by Merle and Keith Yeomans. The house is situated in a lovely neighbourhood of Solihull and is close to the town centre whether traveling on foot or by car and bus (which runs from the end of Buryfield Road). The entrance to Coldland Woods is right opposite the property so that a wind-down stroll or brisk walk, before and/or after work, in a lovely woodland setting work is readily available. Olton Golf Club is to the rear of Acers B&B with a footpath to the club house at the bottom of the garden.

Merle and Keith offer extremely comfortable single or double accommodation with an outstanding English or continental breakfast which is served in their lovely lounge/dining room Your pleasantly furnished and brightly decorated bedroom has a colour TV/VCR, a radio/alarm, tea/coffee making equipment and of course, central heating. During your stay you will have exclusive access to either a modern shower-room, with power-shower, washbasin, toilet and electric shaver point or a full bathroom with bath, toilet, bidet, washbasin and shaving point.

Acers B&B is very conveniently situated with close access to the M42 and thus the country’s motorway network. The National Exhibition Centre is within 10 minutes by car and half an hour by bus (from the end of the road). Both Solihull and Birmingham International train stations are close by giving convenient rail connections to Birmingham, Coventry, London etc.

Our charges are from ₤35 per person per night with single occupancy and ₤62 per night per couple per night sharing. Breakfast is included in these prices.
